Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy.
Return / Resend Period (14 Days)
Our return & replacement policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return, refund, or resend under this policy.
You Have Two Options
1. Return
We accept returns only for items that were shipped by us and are faulty due to an error on our end, such as:
- Wrong item sent
- Defective product
- Item damaged before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt / order confirmation)
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Selected health & personal care items

Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
- If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, return shipping costs may be refunded
- Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return
2. Resend / Replacement
If the issue is caused by our mistake (e.g. wrong item sent) or if the item is damaged during delivery, we can arrange a resend/replacement.
Important: Return Required
Customers must return the original item to us before any replacement will be processed.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will proceed with the replacement shipment.
Shipping Fees
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong item sent), replacement shipping will be covered by us.
- If the damage is caused by courier/transportation issues, the customer may be required to bear part of the shipping cost.
180-Day Manufacturing Defect Exchange
We provide an exchange warranty of up to 180 days for manufacturing defects only.
Terms:
- Applies only to manufacturing defects (not wear & tear, misuse, water damage, or accidental damage)
- Customer must return the item to us for inspection before exchange approval
- All shipping costs (return shipping and resend shipping) will be borne by the customer
